My name is Taylor.
I enjoy helping teams of people work on complex and unique problems - specifically as they relate to growing sales efforts, and ultimately top-line revenue.
For the first several years of my working life I spent every fiber of my being being the best sales person I could be. I was blessed to find people and systems that helped me earn my first tastes of success. Quickly, I realized my real passion was in building strong, competent teams.
Since then, I’ve learned some things that are pillars in my decision making process.

People do not manage people - people manage systems. We humans are flawed, forgetful, and let’s be honest… we all make excuses from time to time. Managing people is like herding cats. Instead, we want to build our business to automate/simplify as much of the processes as possible to keep our people doing what they do best. Serving the customer.

Overall, I want to be clear. I have not yet had my big break of success in owning my own business. I do not want to preach to you that I have the answers you need. Full-scale implementation of my very own Indeed sales process that I developed over 8 years of hiring direct-to-consumer level sales representatives. This can be done with your HR Staff, Hiring managers, or Sales manager(s).
Finding effective sales people is NOT a numbers game. It’s a process that can be repeatably and reliably implemented in ANY company.
This implementation provides no game breaking secrets, just a few tricks of the trade that will save you thousands of dollars, hundreds of hours, and keep a steady flow of talented sales people walking through your doors.
This implementation relies on a few very simple tools, all of which are free. The only thing that costs money in your hiring process will be Indeed ads. There are other optional subscriptions but they won’t be necessary unless you are processing more than 1000+ applicants.
This process will upgrade the first several steps of your hiring process.
A. Sourcing - We will go in depth on how to get hundreds of applications on your ad, without breaking the bank.

Allocated recruiting budget - It doesn’t need to be big, but you need SOME cash set aside for ads and minor subscription costs. My personal recommendation is at least $1,000. The majority of that will be put toward your first 30-90 days of job ads.
